PRACTICE is looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer to join our Mumbai studio. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and execution of luxury residential and retail interiors, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of high-end residential and retail interior projects.
Prepare concept designs, space plans, mood boards, and client presentations.
Work through detailed drawings, material selection, FF&E documentation, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate closely with the project team to maintain design integrity through all stages of work.
Candidate Profile:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in residential or retail interior design.
Strong design sense with an understanding of materials, detailing, and execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel; familiarity with SketchUp, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or InDesign is an advantage.
A motivated, organized, and collaborative team player with clear communication skills.

PRACTICE is seeking an experienced Interior Design Studio Lead to spearhead luxury residential and retail interiors at its Mumbai studio. This role calls for design leadership, technical command, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion with creative and professional excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead luxury residential and retail interior design projects, from concept development through detailed design and execution.
Interface directly with clients and consultants on all design and coordination matters.
Manage design presentations, FF&E curation, detailing, and quality control for both built works and furniture.
Oversee and mentor junior team members while maintaining project timelines and standards.
Ensure that every project reflects the studio’s design ethos and commitment to quality.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential or retail interiors.
Proven design sensibility with a strong command over FF&E, detailing, and site execution.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently from concept to handover.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and visualization tools is preferred.
