The historical city of Bhubaneswar, also known as the Temple City is the capital city of Odisha. Esplanade is a 1 Million Sq.Ft. of retail and office development spread over an 8 acre plot in the heart of the city.

Our design proposed a large Urban Plaza as a place-making strategy with a large 30M tall mall and office structure abutting it. The offices are well lit with green atriums and social interactive spaces add to the functionality. A true dense hybrid structure with a Hypermart, two large Anchors, Food Court, Multiplex and well-lit offices have been achieved in line with Vastu guidelines.
